İclasda ölkəmizi xarici işlər naziri Elmar Məmmədyarovun rəhbərliyi ilə nümayəndə heyəti təmsil edəcəkdir.
Beynəlxalq təşkilatın ən mühüm qərarverici orqanı olan Nazirlər Şurasının iclasında əməkdaşlığın möhkəmləndirilməsi və konkret addımların atılması sayəsində münaqişələrin səngidilməsi, etimadın gücləndirilməsi, radikallaşma və ekstremizmə qarşı mübarizə gündəlikdə duran əsas məsələlər olacaq. ATƏT məkanındakı mövcud münaqişələrin nizamlanması üçün səylər, nəticəyə yönəlmiş əməkdaşlığın dəstəklənməsi üçün ATƏT imkanlarının gücləndirilməsi, regional təhlükəsizlik siyasəti məsələləri ilə bağlı strateji dialoqun bərpa olunması və həmçinin yeni qlobal çağırışlara səmərəli cavab verə bilməsi üçün ATƏT-in gücləndirilməsi əsas diqqət mərkəzində dayanacaq.
İclasda, həmçinin ATƏT-in gələcək fəaliyyətinə dair digər məsələlər də müzakirə ediləcək. Nazirlər Şurasının iclası dekabrın 8-də başa çatacaq.
