MQF-nin təşəbbüsü ilə Azərbaycan Tibb Universitetində Anatomiya Muzeyinin təqdimatı keçirilib

Azərbaycan Tibb Universitetində Anatomiya Muzeyinin təqdimatı keçirilib. Muzeyin açılışı Prezident İlham Əliyevin sərəncamı ilə 2018-ci ilin “Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti İli” elan edilməsi münasibətilə ATU-nun İnsan Anatomiyası kafedrası tərəfindən təşkil olunub. Çünki bu kafedrnın yaranma tarixi məhz Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuiyyəti dövrünə təsadüf edir.

Toplantıda ATU-nun İnsan Anatomiyası kafedrasının müdiri, professor Vaqif Şadlinski çıxışında rəhbərlik etdiyi kafedranın tarixi haqqında iştrakçılara məlumat verib: “İnsan Anatomiyası kafedrası öz fəaliyyətinə 1919-cu ilin əvvəllərində başlayıb. Əsas universitetin açılışı isə tibb fakultəsinin əsasında 1919-cu ilə təsadüf edir. Demək olar ki, bu kafedra yubileyi qeyd olunan AXC ilə həmyaşıddır”.

V.Şadlinskinin sözlərinə görə, kafedraya bir çox dahi şəxsiyyətlər başçılıq edib. Belə ki, təşkil olunduğu gündən 1920-ci ilə qədər kafedraya universitetin ilk rektoru və tibb fakültəsinin normal anatomiya kafedrasının ilk kafedra müdiri professor V.İ.Razumovski rəhbərlik edib. Daha sonra bu vəzifəni Corbəy Urusov (1920-1922), professor K.N.Malinovski (1922-1926), professor N.İ.Anserov (1926-1937) daşıyıblar. 1937-1973-ci illərdəv Azərbaycan Dövlət Tibb İnstitutunun insan anatomiyası kafedrasına ilk dəfə olaraq milli kadr – Azərbaycanda elmi anatomiyanın banisi, görkəmli alim və pedaqoq, əməkdar elm xadimi, tibb elmləri doktoru, professor Kamil Balakişiyev, sonrakı dövrdə isə professor Gülağa Hacıyev, əməkdar elm xadimi, tibb elmləri doktoru, professor Rafiq Əsgərov rəhbərlik ediblər.

Türk Dünyası Araşdırmaları Uluslararası Elmlər Akademiyası və Rusiya Tibb Elmləri Akademiyasının və akademiki Vaqif Şadlinski təqdim olunan İnsan Anatomiyası Muzeyinin tədris muzeyi olduğunu bildirdi: “Tələbələr meyitlər və bu sahəyə aid preparatları görmək üçün bu muzeydə saxlanılan eksponatlara müraciət edirlər. Muzey 2017-ci ildə Mədəniyyət və Turizm Nazirliyi tərəfindən qeydə alınıb. ATU-da fəaliyyət göstərən bu muzey unikal hesab edilir. Belə ki, dünyada bu cür fəaliyyət göstərən bütün muzeylərin istər sahə baxımından, istərsə də preparat sayı baxımından ən böyüyü məhz Azərbaycan Tibb Universitetindədir. İlk belə muzey hələ Hippokratın zamanında yaradılıb”.

Tədbirdə çıxış edən Azərbaycan Milli QHT Forumunun (MQF) prezidenti Rauf Zeyni 2018-ci ilin Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti ili kimi elan edilməsinə dair fərmandan irəli gələrək ilk tədbirin məhz ATU-da keçirildiyini bildirdi. R.Zeyni rəhbərlik etdiyi şəbəkə haqqında məlumat verərək Milli QHT Forumunun  95 təşkilat tərəfindən təsis olunduğunu, hazırda  700-ə yaxın üzvü olduğunu dedi: “Azərbcyanda qeydiyyatdan keçən 4000 QHT-dən 700-ü bizim təşkilatın üzvüdür. Biz bütün regionlarda fəaliyyət göstərən QHT-lərlə də əlaqələrimiz var. Bu il Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyətinin təbliğində, 100 illik yubileyin keçirilməsində yaxından iştirak edəcəyik”.

Ölkə Prezidenti tərəfindən aparılan islahatlar, ictimai nəzarətin və şəffaflığın təmin olunması üçün bir neçə qurumlarda İctimai Şuralar yaradılıb. Belə Şuralardan biri də Tibb Universitetində fəaliyyət göstərir. ATU-nun rektoru yanında İctimai Nəzarət və Məsləhət şurasının sədri, millət vəkili İlham Məmmədov bu cür tədbirlərin təşkilinin cəmiyyətin inkişafı, şəffaflığın artırılması baxımından çox vacib olduğunu bildirdi: “Prezident İlham Əliyev tərəfindən bu ilin “Azərbaycan Xalq Cümhuriyyəti İli” elan edilməsi dövlətçiliyimiz və onun inkişafı ilə bağlı atılan mühüm addım və tariximizə göstərilən qayğının təzahürüdür. Azərbaycan Tibb Universiteti də bu tarixin bir hissəsidir. Burada atılan hər bir addım, aparılan islahatlar, tədris prosesi, eləcə də şəffaflığın qorunması məqsədilə yaradılmış ictimai nəzarət və məsləhət şurası universitetin fəaliyyəti və ölkəmizin gələcəyi üçün çox vacibdir”.

“İki sahil” qəzetinin redaktoru, Şuranın idarə heyətinin üzvü Vüqar Rəhimzadə kafedranın və xüsusilə muzeyin yalnız burada təhsil alanlar baxımından deyil, bütün cəmiyyət üçün əhəmiyyətini vurğuladı. O, bu qurumun fəaliyyətinin milli tibb elmi üçün misilsiz rolunu qeyd edib: “Muzeyin fəaliyyəti isə tələbələrin tədris prosesində onlara çox böyük köməkdir. Bugünkü Tibb Universitetinin tələbələri Azərbaycanın sağlam gələcəyinin təminatcılarıdır”.

Tədbirdə ATU-nun elmi işlər üzrə prorektoru, kafedra müdirləri və müəllimlər iştirak edirdi. Toplantıdan sonra İctimai Şura nümayəndələrinin iştirakı ilə ATU-nun İnsan Anatomiyası kafedrasındakı Anatomiya Muzeyinə baxış keçirildi.

Tibb Universitetində fəaliyyət göstərən Anatomiya Muzeyi 550 kv.m sahəni əhatə edir. Muzeydə saxlanılan təxminən 5000 eksponatdan tədris prosesində istifadə edilir.
