To the Head of the European Union Delegation to the Republic of Azerbaijan
Dear Mr.Kestutis Jankauskas,
27 years have passed sence Khojaly Genocide. Its about 27 years the Azerbaijani people are recall this bloody tragedy. On the night on February 25-26, 1992, Armenia armed forces attacked Khojaly and committed genocide against Azerbaijanis. A military crime was committed by killing 613 civilians of the city, including 106 women, 63 children and 70 elderly people. 487 cevelians of Khojaly were seriously injured and 1.275 were taken hastage. Its one of the biggest genocide of the Europe. But till this time, the European Union and other internationally organations has not yet been officially rated this bloody tragedy. I appeal to you and the members of European Union to give fair estimation for the Khojaly Genocide.
